Is your team running on empty, and you along with it?
You're doing more with fewer people, through constant change, and your team brings their stress to you. Telling everyone to take a break doesn't fix what's causing it. In this hands-on lab, Dr. Ellen Burts-Cooper, a resident coach for the American Medical Association and Brigham and Women's Hospital, walks you through the 7-Factors of Stress Tool. You'll use it on your own situation to see which factors are driving your stress and your team's, then work through practical ways to reduce them. You'll leave with a plan, practiced in a small group.
