Overview
An aI powered people strategy is more than just a suite of tools. It is a way of engaging with your talent landscape. With the AI revolution well underway, many organizations are falling into the trap of thinking that their newly minted suite of tools is a strategy. Here’s the key: adopting AI tools isn’t a strategy—it’s a tactic. Simply deploying AI to enhance task efficiency is no different than replacing pen-and-paper workflows with spreadsheets. While it’s an improvement, it doesn’t fundamentally transform the function.
Join us for a candid discussion about an AI infused people strategy. In this session we will explore:
- The current state of AI in the HR function
- The risk of getting distracted by the shiny
- Importance of focusing on the business problem, not the technology
- A workable, incremental strategy for creating the HR function of tomorrow
