Prior to VetJobs Ted was the President of TAMB Associates, a national recruiting firm with offices in four states. He has been active in the recruiting industry since 1995. Ted has held senior executive positions in the steel, utility, chemical and bio-medical waste industries and has been elected to several national Boards of Directors.
