Shay McConnon is the Founding Director of People First Ltd., an international consultancy group. His educational series has been used extensively in the UK, and has formed the basis of many personal and Social Education Programmes around the world.

Mr. McConnon is the author of 19 books on personal development. His book Resolving Conflict has been published in nine languages and the World Bank in New York bought 500 copies of the book for their managers. Mr. McConnon has been awarded a Fellowship by the Professional Speakers Association, top speaker by the Academy of Chief Executives and best speaker by Vistage, the worlds largest organization for CEOs.
