Dr. Ross Reck is author of The X-Factor: Getting Extraordinary Results from Ordinary People and Turn Your Customers Into Your Sales Force, as well as a coauthor of the best-selling The Win-Win Negotiator. He is an internationally known lecturer and consultant. Dr. Reck taught management at Arizona State University for ten years and received a number of awards for teaching excellence. He is currently the President of Ross Reck and Associates.
