Dr. Robert Bies is Professor of Management at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University, where he received the Outstanding Professor Award. He formerly taught in the Kellogg School at Northwestern University, where he also received teaching awards. He has developed programs for such organizations as Eli Lilly, Hewlett-Packard, Marriott, Merck, Quaker Oats, and Upjohn.
