Pauline Lyttle was the co-author of the book Why Jenny Can't Lead: Understanding the Male-Dominant System, and was Founding Principal of the Lyttle Jansen Group, a consulting firm that specialized in problems of workforce diversity, team building, retention and gender politics. She consulted internationally for organizations in both the private and public sectors.
