Dr. Marks is the author of five books including Charging Back Up the Hill: Workplace Recovery After Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances and Joining Forces: Making One Plus One Equal Three in Merger, Acquisitions and Alliances, as well as scores of articles in scientific and practitioner journals. A frequent speaker to business and professional groups, he has lectured at the Harvard Business School and Smithsonian Institution.
