Mark Brown

Mark Graham Brown has 30 years experience working with organizations to help them develop scorecards and performance management systems. He is the author of numerous books on the subject, including: "Beyond the Balanced Scorecard - Improving Business Intelligence With Analytics" (2007). Mark's clients include: Bechtel, Nestle Purina, Pfizer, Medtronic, and the U.S. Navy. He has been an IMS faculty member for 8 years.
