Dr. Judith Segal, founder of the J. Segal Company which specializes in team building, conflict resolution, communication, and facilitating organizational change. Dr. Segal often teaches in the Management Development Program at the University of Southern California, and has taught at the University of California, Los Angeles and Concordia University. She has written numerous articles and two books on people management skills.
