John Renesch (deceased) was a businessman-turned-futurist, an advisor, mentor/coach and prolific writer on matters of leadership, organizational and social transformation, and the future. He's considered an expert on the subject of conscious leadership, what he sees as the next evolution in leadership wisdom. He was the founder/principal of Renesch Advisory Services and co-founder of FutureShapers which offers programs to support leaders in becoming more conscious.

Renesch published fourteen books and hundreds of articles in futures journals, newspapers and magazines from around the world. His most recent book is The Great Growing Up: Being Responsible for Humanity's Future received an award for the Best Non-Fiction for 2013.
