Dr. Joseph Ryan is the President and founder of True North Advisory Group and he teaches extensively at Wharton Executive Education. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, completed graduate business studies at The Wharton School, attended the GE Crotonville executive education program, and attended the Leadership in Professional Services Program at the Harvard Business School. His consulting and research interests include strategy implementation, strategic alliances, service management, best practices in change management, leadership development, and the design of customized executive education.
