Dr. Donald Hurta was the president of his own international firm specializing in the application and teaching of risk/opportunity management, business analysis, prioritization and decision making models for complex project management situations in business and government, such as new business ventures, acquisitions, market analysis, product developments, and technical innovations. For five years he was Professor of Engineering Management at the Defense Systems Management College, where he was the Chief of the Systems Acquisition Policy and Process Division in the Department of Program Management, as well as Chief of the Decision Analysis Office.
