Dr. Carl L. Harshman combines years of practical experience in the world of work with a strong academic background in organizational development. Dr. Harshman is a former dean and professor at Saint Louis University. His entry into the academic world in the late 1960's followed several years of working as an hourly employee, a manager, and an agency administrator.
