Ann Tardy is the CEO and founder of LifeMoxie Mentoring and Leadership that has the mission of transforming corporate America by changing how people lead. Prior to founding LifeMoxie Ann was a Silicon Valley corporate attorney working on mergers, venture-backed financing and consulting with entreprenuers.

Ann is the author of four books; Ambition on a Mission, Moxie for Managers, Why Mentoring Matters, and her most recent book The Joy of Mentoring. As a speaker Ann influences audiences with her experiences and her 25 years of leadership. In 2012 Ann founded the Mentoring Council where program administrators, leaders, and HR professionals go to connect, share resources, benchmark progress, and exchange best practices.
