Bob Anderson, founded Soul Works in 1986, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm. Its mission is to work toward organizational change in a way that deeply addresses the leadership transformation required for the new culture. To that end, Mr. Anderson specializes in designing leadership development curricula that creates breakthroughs in team and personal performance. He utilizes 360-degree feedback processes, executive coaching, and leadership team development. Prior to starting Soul Works, he was an affiliate of Designed Learning with Peter Block, conducting leadership development experiences.
